Shaped by connection.
Built for momentum.
I don’t invent communities, I help brands earn their place in them.
Hi, I’m Claire Sharpe, brand strategist, producer, and community connector with over a decade of global marketing expertise ensuring success through brand, strategic communications, content marketing, public relations, community building, and events.
I founded Studio Esker to help brands grow in the same way their people move: together, with purpose, and through real-world connection.
I work across brand, PR, events and production and believe that meaningful growth doesn’t start with algorithms. It starts with people and is scaled with technology.
Studio Esker is where strategy meets instinct, where connection drives momentum, and where brands grow with integrity.

Previous Work
-
The Bristol Rally
I founded The Bristol Rally, and annual multi-day bikepacking event that centres community and connection.
The event has a 50/50 gender split and provides development workshops, and meaningful brand partnerships, proving that the best brand moments happen off the feed.
-
Beryl
I worked for micromobility provider Beryl to plan and deliver scheme launches across the UK—leading on stakeholder engagement, local authority coordination, and strategic campaign planning.
My role extended beyond launch day, shaping success strategies for the following years of each contract to ensure growth, usage, and strong community adoption.

Love to Ride
I worked with Love to Ride to design and optimise behaviour change campaigns across the UK, US, New Zealand, and Australia; encouraging thousands of people to start cycling. Partnering with government agencies, we built fun, data-driven campaigns and challenges that engaged inactive audiences, using Love to Ride’s world-class app to track participation and measure impact.
